• At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the full (non-student) rate.
• Registration fees include access to all sessions, workshops, and conference materials.
• Cancellations before 1 November 2027 will receive a 70% refund.
• Student registration requires a valid student ID or official enrollment letter.
• Group discounts (5+ participants): Contact the secretariat for special rates.
• Payment accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or institutional purchase order.
